today $80 fell out of my pocket somewhere in the street. i went to the gas station to see if i’d dropped it there, and while the manager was checking the tapes, let it be came on the radio. i started really listening to the words and this state of calm acceptance just came over me. i am now surprisingly at peace with whatever comes my way today, good or bad. thank you, beatles.
